Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Sie liegt sehr strandnah und auch in die Stadt sind es nur einige Minuten zu Fuß. Penelope ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und pflegt eine sehr persönliche Beziehung zu ihren Gästen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Very comfortable room with a huge king size bed air condition. We had a great welcome even if we arrived very early in morning. The Villa is a few minutes walk from center of Skiathos town close to Megali Ammos beach where nice tavernas restaurants can be found easily; it is also close to bust stop to reach all main beaches on south side of islwithout need of renting a vehicle. Cleaning is made every day is perfect. Mrs Penelope is very kind she cares a lot about guests, she prepares a delicious breakfast with local products she can prepare also snacks fruits to bring during day. She offered also to bring us to airport day we left at 5am in morning. She made our stay so comfortable!

The villa space, furnishings, homey feeling, fully equipped kitchen, proximity to beach town. The host was outstanding in every way, hospitable, thoughtful in providing advice about island, places to dine, etc. I was with my husbteenage daughter didn’t use all bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate a large family, especially that bedrooms are extremely spacious. The master bedroom was more like a suite with sitting area, desk, walk in closet enormous bathroom.

We booked Villa with one room. Everything was perfect. Clean, with private toilette, private parking area, air conditioning a very comfortable room bed. Mrs. Penelope was a great host it is also possible to have a great breakfast “home cooked” based upon your choice. The villa is located in a quite area few minutes by walk from Skiathos from bus stop. The beach of Megali Ammos is just 200mt away there are a lot of tavernas to have a very good dinner.

La casa es una maravilla. Tiene dos habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, un baño cómodo y equipado con lavadora y un salón agradable. La otra habitación en más grande que todo el resto de la casa, con despacho, cinta de correr, vestidor y con baño incorporado. Espectacular. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. El salón de estar no es muy grande, pero no es necesario porque la terraza es estupenda, enorme y con un mobiliario muy cómodo. Tiene toldos eléctricos para el sol. También tiene otra terraza más pequeña en el otro lado con tendedero. El jardín está decorado con mucho gusto y tiene una zona de parking espaciosa. La anfitriona vive abajo, independiente, y está pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es buena. En 10 minutos andando estás en el centro. Y hay supermercados a menos de 2 minutos andando. Cuando vuelva sin duda volveré a esta casa.

Accommodatie ligt op super lokatie, 2 min lopen naar het stren 10 min naar het centrum, wel aan drukke weg maar geen last van gehad. Alles was zeer schoon, elke dag schone handdoeken en regelmatig schone lakens. De eigenaresse bracht elke dag heerlijke hapjes en fruit, de koelkast was gevuld met water, vruchtensap, wijn en zelfgemaakte honing en jam, alles gratis te gebruiken ook werden wij gehaald en gebracht van en naar de luchthaven, wat een geweldige service!!!

Очень понравилась доброжелательная хозяйка! Всегда спрашивала у нас, что мы хотим, помогала во всём! Проводила уборки каждый день, готовила нам завтраки. У нас перенесли рейс, и улететь было проблематично, Пенелопа помогла решить все вопросы с паромом и билетами на самолет.

L’appartamento è molto grande, comodo e spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione eccezionale a pochi passi dal centro storico. Proprietari gentilissimi, estremamente cordiali e disponibili nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione con prodotti tipici locali. Consigliato.
